In Ontario, massage therapy treatments are not covered by OHIP but are included in many workplace and extended healthcare plans that may include your spouse or dependent children. Please contact your insurance company to learn the details of your coverage and whether a doctor's referral will be required for compensation.
Please note that I do not direct bill insurance companies or accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) cases.
Payment must be completed at the end of each treatment where I will provide my official treatment receipt required for financial reimbursement through your insurance.
I accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and my personal gift certificates as appropriate payment methods. Customizable gift certificates are available year round for purchase by request.
My treatment fees are outlined below and include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST):
|Treatment Duration||Treatment Cost||Youth Cost After 10% Discount|
To avoid being subject to a penalty fee please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled treatment. Please understand that time is money and when appointment times are set aside specifically for you it prevents the potential for another client to receive care. Please reference my cancellation policy for further details.
